ANVIL, our annual guys retreat is coming, March 1-2. We will be staying local and heading to Camp Widjiwagan to spend time in the Word, worship together, fellowship with one another, and have some fun in the process. The theme this year will be "Cultivate." We are partnering with our ministry friends, Cult2vate, a local non-profit that serves Middle Tennessee by growing food and discipiling others. Our friend, Jason Cox, will be leading us in worship and some of the Brentwood Campus Pastors will be teaching as we explore what it means to cultivate a relationship with Christ, live daily on mission with him, and use our gifts to love and serve others in the process.

Come hang, bring your friends, invite your dads, get ready for the best 20 hours of your life.

  • NEW 2019 Brentwood Baptist Church Medical Release Form (PAPER & Requires Notary)
  • Camp Widijiwagan Venue Release Form

These forms are available to download and print to the right under Important Documents.
Please complete and turn into the Student Ministry office no later than Sunday, February 24.

**Sunday, February 24 a notary will be available on the Brentwood Campus in the Connection Center from 9:00 AM- Noon and will be collecting required paperwork at that time.**

 

CHECK-IN

Friday, March 1 | 4:30 p.m. in Hudson Hall | Brentwood Campus.

Every student MUST check-in.

Saturday, March 2 at approximately 12:30 PM Connection Center Parking Lot.

 

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Karyn Caldwell in the Student Ministry as soon as possible at 615.324.6288 or kcaldwell@brentwoodbaptist.com. Before Friday, February 15, you will receive a full refund. After February 15, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member or physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
