Born in Cherkasy, Ukraine. Grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where God called Oksana to vocational ministry at 16 years old and she began leading corporate worship at her Ukrainian Baptist Church. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has been a Pediatric ICU nurse for 8 years now. In 2014, she moved to Louisville, KY to attend The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for 4 years where she received her Master of Arts in Worship Leadership and a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling. When she graduated last May of 2018, the Lord then opened the door for her to come to Brentwood Baptist Church to be a part of the residency program as a worship/music resident for the year. She is grateful to be a part of this church family now and currently works as a Registered Nurse part-time as well at The Children’s Hospital at Tri-Star Centennial in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). She desires to serve people with the Gospel through worship in music ministry.
